General Scope: 5,000-hour maintenance with replacement of faulty control units and analog engine display units (cabin, flybridge). One starboard engine display unit is inoperative (replacement). Test the entire alarm system, main engine control unit (left/right).

Workshop & Heavy Maintenance Tasks:

Complete disassembly of marine water pumps and replacement of the repair kit in the workshop.

Complete disassembly of freshwater pumps and replacement of the repair kit in the workshop.

Cylinder head removal and resurfacing. Valve and valve guide replacement.

Valve adjustment.

Fuel pump and injector removal and reassembly in the workshop.

Removing and chemically cleaning the intercoolers in the workshop, replacing the necessary O-rings, gaskets, and bolts. Conducting pressure tests.

Removing 8 turbines and sending them to the workshop.

Testing the turbine housing for leaks (oil seals).

Removing and chemically cleaning the seawater coolers in the workshop, checking the sealing plates.

Removing and repairing two starters and two generators.

Replacing thermostats.

After removing the cylinder head, measure the piston height, check the cylinder ovality, and compile a report.

Removing the oil coolers and replacing the gaskets.

2. Additional Work on the Main Engine
Replacement of crankcase gaskets (2 pcs).

Eliminate fuel and lubricant contamination from entering the diesel generator exhaust system (during operation, oil stains appear outside the DG-1 and DG-2 engines - reasons unknown).

3. Diesel Generator Maintenance (DG-1 & DG-2)
Routine Maintenance Tasks:

Oil change

Oil filter change

Crankcase ventilation filter change

Zinc anode replacement

Coolant change

Workshop & Repair Tasks:

Remove cylinder heads and send them for resurfacing.

Remove turbines and send them to a workshop.

Test turbine casings (oil seals) for leaks.

Remove marine water pumps and replace repair kits.

Removing the seawater coolers and chemically cleaning them in the workshop, replacing the necessary O-rings, gaskets, and bolts.

Removing the freshwater pump and replacing the repair kit.

Removing the generators and sending them to the workshop for maintenance.

Removing the starters and sending them to the workshop for maintenance.

6. Exhaust Pipe Gasket Replacement
Removing the exhaust pipes from the vessel.

Lowering the pipes from the vessel and cleaning them.

Replacing the gaskets.

Removing the exhaust pipe cooling casing and cleaning it.

Replacing the bolts with new ones.

7. Main Engine Exhaust Elbows
Removing the cooling elbows of the main engine exhaust system and replacing them with bronze elbows.
